Einheldren Cities
LertoneThe Stronghold of the South, Lertone is infamous to human and orc alike, as it is the staging grounds of the greatest massacre of humankind, and the city responsible for marshalling the greatest resistance against the orcs as they swarmed through the Estmark passes. Lertone features some of the most astounding architecture of the Einheldren, channeling five rivers into one at the very heart of the city itself.

Averne"The Fey City", Averne is one of the few cities focused almost entirely on the magical arts. A beautiful city that hides a dark, decrepit secret. It is from this city that the great spell-casters of the elves come, and from deep beneath her, in caves and catacombs old as time, that the drow practice their dark arts.

Cities of the Alscian Free State
DoltrommeThe Bastion of Freedom, as some call it, Doltromme is the one of the most important cities of the Free State, despite being the second taken, due to its extremely close proximity to the lands of the Dominion, and its position on a tall hill overlooking much of Alscium's eastern plains. It is home to the Scarlet Vanguard's military operations, and it is from this fortress town that the Vanguard makes its decisions and organizes its army.
|
TelanoleThe major port town currently at the disposal of the Vanguard and the home of the Scarlet Navy, Telanole is a center of extreme anxiety as it rushes to keep the small but tenacious flotilla in the fight against the Dominion. There are rumors that the Navy readies to strike at the city of Melserne after the siege of Ayrine concludes in 2E 220.
|
OlvarakTechnically the largest city in the Free State of Alscium, Olvarak is the center of commerce, trade, and education for the Free Peoples. It is here that banks, universities, and large markets have taken root, due to the city's central location in the country, and its large, well-planned layout. If Doltromme is the shield of the Free State, Olvarak is its heart.

BeronhollowA city connected to the picturesque Polmiric's Cove, most of Beronhollow is built upon bridges, stone outcroppings, and stills, as the basin in the center of the town fills during the rainy season when the cove overflows its banks. A center of art and song, Bernhollow is an unusually quiet and serene place in an otherwise chaotic world.
|
FeridoneOn the exterior, a rather unassuming town of quiet folks, Feridone is the home of the exits from the dwarf smuggling tunnels that run under almost all of central Alscium, and the founding city of the Alscian Free State. It is here that many converts and freedom fighters join the ranks of the Vanguard before heading north to Deltromme. It is also the city that most deals with the ever-present threat of the undead denizens of the black isle.

Dwarven Strongholds
Blackfire CitadelThe most advanced of the Dwarven Strongholds, Blackfire Citadel was home to the most advanced weaponsmiths and armorers in all of Alscium. It is here that the great advances in combat and technology were made throughout the First and Second Age, until the Einheldren fought bitterly, and at massive cost, to take the city and subjugate its people.
|
Silvervein FortressThe grandest of the dwarven holds, Silvervein Fortress was once the jewel of Alscium. Carved into the center of a long-dead volcano, the chasms of Silvervein were overflowing in riches and jewels, turning the city into the finest center of jemcraft in the known world. After the Einheldren subjugated the city, it became little more than a mining slum, supplying the greedy elves with every last drop of the Silvervein mines.

Sylheldren Realm
Ishn'althalarThe hidden, secret home of the Sylheldren elves, Ishn'althalar is fabled to be the most enchanting, and the most dangerous, city in the known world. Those few outsiders that have ever wandered end even more rarely wander out. It is a true honor and privilege to be brought to this sacred place... but more often than not, those outsiders that see these sacred groves meet death for more... sacrificial... reasons.
