The Red KeepThe central base of operations for the Vanguard throughout all of Alscium, also the single most important building in all of Doltromme. Within is the Seat of the Seven, the central governing chamber of the Scarlet Council, appointed to their positions by the constituents of the major territories of the Free State. All of the military planning and diplomatic meetings of the Vanguard occur within the walls of the Red Keep. It is, without a doubt, the Einheldren's single most hated fortress.

The Military District
The most heavily defensible areas in Doltromme are the three districts dedicated to housing her military members. They are almost like small forts, barracks behind large stone walls. Beneath each are catacombs designed to house the civilians of the streets surrounding each fort in the case of a siege or band of marauders. Each military district focuses on housing a different section of the Scarlet Vanguard's military; one for the archers, one for the cavalry, and one for the infantry.

The Religious District
It is here that the people of the Vanguard come together to worship the Triumverate, and the other gods of the Free People. It is a center of hopefulness and cheer in a world nearly devoid of either. It is here that the hospital of the Vanguard is located as well, a place where the healers attempt to save as many as they can before they are taken by the cold, uncaring hands of death.
|
The Merchant District
The largest marketplace in all of the Free States, Deltromme is a bustling center of trade for the fledgling nation. It is here that the wares of the common people are sold, a freedom that many have come to know only recently, as open commerce by the Low People is outlawed in the cities of the Einheldren. The Free States have experienced a boom of production as more and more people flock through the tunnels of the dwarves.
